01. Join the Exchange
Each season begins with a prompt - an invitation to pause, reflect, and put your thoughts on paper.
02. Write Your Letter
Respond to the prompt with a handwritten letter - imperfections welcome. Think of it as a square patchwork quilt of experiences on a central theme.
03. Send & Receive
Mail your letter to us. Once all the letters have arrived, we send them back out into the world - so everyone who writes a letter receives one in return, written around the same theme.
